My First Vodcast: Just Do It!

7 comments:

  1. Okay, first attempt not terribly smooth but these elements I have tried to learn:

fliming and importing my own digital camera videos,
recording footage video with my laptop,
    editing,
    splicing,
    sound effects,
    music added,
    and voice over

Uploading seemed to be the most difficult of all these steps,(slow, timed out), but I think I have that sorted too.

    Thank God for the MAC!

AND...guess what my greatest achievement in all this, of which I am most proud?

I learned how to wakeboard! (Insert cheering sound fx here!)

My students are going to love doing this...

    Cheers,

    Shirley

  5. WOW - you are one brave lady! I'm impressed especially knowing the time, effort and sometimes frustration involved with a simple podcast, now indeed a vodcast! Cheers to you in the sunny Okanagan.

  7. Shirley, I loved your vodcast, probably too much. I found myself drooling at the scenery, weather, and R&R atmosphere. I liked that you combined audio, video, and music. Lots of potential. I know my students would love to produce something like that.
