So Richardson is right.
I admit it, I am a tech immigrant on a six month visa that I keep re-newing.
Letting my skills lapse in favor of running, swimming, riding or just about anything that keeps me in motion, I run in panic to the visa office to get my stamp when I discover I have enrolled in an online course or have volunteered to teach intro photography to my high school options kids.
Shirley,
ReplyDeleteI am really impressed with your inclusion of pictures in your blog postings. It certainly adds to the "hook" that Jennifer was talking about. All the best as you continue to blog.
Dan
I agree - your writing really captures the reader's interest - with so much out there you have to get them to read further.
ReplyDeleteNice start.
I really enjoy your style of writing. I noticed it first in your introduction to yourself. I am enjoying reading your blog entries as well.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate your kind observations and it is very motivating as it is easy to feel that your thoughts are spinning in space with no-one to hear them..Ruth you created a great analogy on this..if a tree falls in the forest..terrific Bruce Cockburn song by the way..
ReplyDeleteThis is a good reminder of the importance of feedback for my students. A lonely blog soon withers and dies I suspect..
Thanks guys!
SJ
Hi SJ.
ReplyDeleteYou certainly seem to have the smooth appearance of a cyber-vet. I sense that as a newbie, I can learn much by trying to emulate those that have gone before (and finished her M.Ed).
